The MSMS Helpdesk, which is loosely modeled after the BHS HelpDesk started today. As you may or may not know, BHS students have helped students and teachers with all kinds of technical support. As MSMS approaches a 1:1 iPad environment, it is important to prepare both teachers and students of what’s to come. Because the HelpDesk sessions are during the activity block period, students will have different objectives than their BHS peers. The MSMS crew will focus on testing apps, creating “how-to” videos and instructions, submitting HelpDesk blog posts, and being positive ambassadors of the innovative technology available at MSMS.
